- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our websites.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising activities on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the Sales Team and CEO, to understand product offerings, analyze market trends, and identify gaps for brand positioning.
- Conduct regular analysis of competitor strategies and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
- Monitor, report, and evaluate the performance of digital marketing channels using KPIs to ensure continuous optimization and maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adjust marketing tactics to remain competitive in the market.
- Plan and organize internal training sessions for employee branding and knowledge sharing.
Job requirements
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong background in SEO và SEM.
- Proven track record with Google Marketing Platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) and Facebook Marketing.
- Experience working in a software outsourcing or IT company is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and tactics to drive performance-based results.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, creative.
- Proficiency in English for internal and external communication.
